Shipping & Returns
All orders will be processed, printed, and sent out individually by Printful.com (also known as fulfillment service). After payment is processed, orders take two to three (2-3) business days to get ordered for fulfillment. They will be then shipped after fifteen to thirty (15-30) business days. Orders will be fulfilled at their closest facility in regards to the location stated on the client's shipping address. The orders will arrive via local post (i.e, if the order was made in Iceland, it will arrive via the icelandic postal service). The costs of shipping and times of delivery are subject to the fulfillment service's policies which are available here.
Any claims of misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within the first thirty (30) days after the product has been received. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than thirty (30) days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at the expense of the fulfillment service's expense. All information on returns and exchanges are available for review here
